Strengthening the Safety Defense Line to Prevent Fires Before They Start — Xiangruijie Conducts a Company-Wide Special Training on Fire Safety

Author:

To further strengthen all employees’ awareness of fire safety responsibilities, disseminate practical fire‑safety knowledge, and effectively prevent and mitigate fire hazards in production and office environments, Chongqing Xiangruijie Automation Equipment Co., Ltd. invited Instructor Ran Binbing from the Chongqing Limin Fire Prevention Publicity and Training Center to conduct a specialized fire‑safety training session for all staff at 9:30 a.m. on July 15, 2026.

At the training session, Instructor Ran Binbing provided a detailed briefing, drawing on two key scenarios—industrial‑enterprise office settings and everyday home life—and focusing on three core topics: fire hazard identification, corridor management, and emergency first aid.
Regarding electrical safety hazards, the instructor emphasized that all equipment—whether it be company production machinery, office appliances, or household electronics—must undergo regular, comprehensive inspections. These inspections should promptly identify and address high‑risk issues such as aging wiring, equipment operating beyond its intended service life, and unauthorized, makeshift electrical connections, thereby preventing electrical fires at their source.
In managing fire‑escape routes, Instructor Ran Binbing used real‑world cases to underscore the importance of keeping office hallways, residential stairwells, and emergency exits free of cardboard boxes, scrap materials, and other unnecessary clutter. Such obstructions can significantly shorten the time available for evacuation during a fire. He urged everyone to develop the habit of promptly removing unused items, ensuring that fire‑escape routes remain unobstructed at all times, thereby preserving safe evacuation space for life.

Meanwhile, this training session systematically introduced self‑rescue techniques in fire situations and hands‑on basic emergency first‑aid skills. Instructors used visual aids and case studies to explain how to extinguish fires in their early stages, the proper methods for escaping from smoky environments, and the step‑by‑step procedures for administering first aid in common emergencies such as burns, choking, and asphyxiation. They also corrected employees’ previously held misconceptions about self‑rescue, ensuring that participants acquired practical, actionable emergency response skills.
The participating employees listened attentively throughout the training, proactively took notes on key points, and, drawing on the real‑world settings of the company’s production workshops and offices, engaged with the instructor to address everyday fire‑safety concerns. The on‑site learning atmosphere was vibrant and highly interactive. Participants unanimously agreed that the training content was closely aligned with both their professional and personal lives, packed with practical insights, and effectively addressed gaps in their fire‑safety knowledge.
This fire safety training not only enhanced the company’s overall fire‑safety knowledge but also reinforced the safety philosophy of “prevention first, life above all.” Moving forward, Chongqing Xiangruijie Automation Equipment Co., Ltd. will institutionalize routine fire‑safety management, conduct regular self‑inspections to identify potential hazards on campus, and continuously organize a variety of safety awareness and education initiatives. By firmly assigning and enforcing primary responsibility for workplace safety, the company will build a robust fire‑safety safeguard to ensure stable operations and the safe working environment for its employees.
